Full Spectrum Doula Services
Years of experience as a teacher, sex & consent educator, and nanny, has lead me down the seamless path into full spectrum doula work. I am certified as a birth and postpartum doula through Cornerstone Doula Trainings in Oakland, CA. My professional philosophy focuses on natural support for labor, making room for emotional and spiritual expression of all kinds, and meeting you where you are at. I want to support you in the pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey that you are looking for. I am queer, ethically non-monogamous, and put the highest value of importance on informed consent and clear communication. When I'm not providing support, I love to read, write, and snuggle with my two rescue chihuahuas.

Frequently asked questions
How much do your services cost?
$1200 for the birth doula package.
Where are you located?
Do you catch babies?
No, doulas are not clincally trained and therefore do NOT perform any clinical duties. Instead, doulas work alongside midwives and obstetricians to provide the best care possible for birth. For more info, check out: Evidence on: Doulas
What if I cannot afford your full price?
Contact me anyway. I have some availability to accomodate sliding scale clients. Queer, trans, and clients of color have priority for sliding scale accomodations.
How can I help support your sliding scale and abortion clients?
Click here to donate! Money goes directly to providing services for those with lower incomes and marginalized folks.
I've already had a baby, should I still hire a doula?
Just as every baby is different, every birth is different. Maybe this is your second, or maybe it's your fourth. Doulas can help by providing care for you and your family throughout the process, even if it feels like a walk in the park. Additionally, there is always the chance that new challenges will come with this birth. Doulas can help with that too!
