Postpartum Doula Pricing
Basic Daytime Shift: $30/hour
(10am-10pm)
Includes emotional, physical and educational postpartum support for new parents, infant care, household management, errands, and meal prep
Basic Nighttime Shift: $35/hour
(10pm-10am)
Includes soothing baby throughout the night, managing baby's feeding schedule, and performing quiet household tasks that allow you to sleep.
For optimal impact, I've found it best when we work together for a least a few weeks.
While a few hours here and there can be hugely beneficial, a consistent contract over several weeks or months can:
-help you build rhythm and normalcy back to your life
-reduce the amount of time we spend together catching up on changes since my last visit
-assure that your family is continuing to receive support even AFTER the dust settles a bit
-help me find ideal, efficient, and impactful ways to support the unique needs of your family
-help me fit seamlessly into your household
Because I believe so strongly in the importance of continued care, I'm offering:
$100 off total contract of 100 or more hours
$200 off total contract of 200 or more hours
